我今年12,中一(香港),148cm,45kg,腰圍27-28寸。我知道自己的確是過重的,大腿也有夠粗,穿起短裙大腿真的十分不好看。最近想長高也有跳繩,但因爲中學有點忙的關係就只有一個星期跳兩三次。感覺自己真的比小學的時候胖了很多,學校有游泳池體育課也要游泳,泳衣真的有夠緊身TT。請問有什麽可以健康(不用不吃早午晚餐)的減肥法?希望在12月前可以甩掉3公斤! *近日疫情我也不能下街

發育期,不能減肥,很瘦了,太瘦不好看,去中藥店抓藥,跟老闆說,你想長高,可以幫我抓藥嗎?
