信用咭濫收年費怎辦

小妹因工作需要到外地一年，未能接到月結單。回來之後發現月結單上出現了兩千多元的結餘， 檢查後東亞銀行 告訴我是信用咭年費加利息，打電話要求刪除， 但被reject，應怎辦？這一年我從未簽過一次信用咭

There is a cost keeping the card per the credit card agreement. If I were you, I would call again and ask for a supervisor and plead "nicely" and see if BEA can do something about that. If they still say no, then you have to pay without choices. 2012-09-11 19:30:15 補充： no3lunch - In answering your question, the card is a Platinum Card, which bears a higher annual fee.
