可以 你只要同佢簽協意書 ~~ 得到佢同意 就 ok 財務公司借錢 ?? 只系得 護照 系借吾到錢 , 要有旦保人 要好多入息證明文件 先可以

I suggest against. 1. By keeping her passport, the worker can claim that you disallow her from leaving. 2. As an employer, you have no relationship in case of she has involved in some kind of troubles.
