我今年17歲,本人由細到大都好遲先訓,平時返學7點鐘起身,但晚上就要11點幾-12點幾先訓得著,但放假8點幾起身就要12點幾-1點幾先訓得著,唔知點解我晚上會比日頭精神,無論朝頭早幾多點起身都係一樣 我好想早D訓,我試過好多方法都無法可以咁早訓,我媽咪又話係遺傳,因為我外婆都係咁,但一直咁樣會加速老化,我唔想咁快老>.
