在神經科學上,以1.5小時為一個睡眠循環,當中分為從淺眠期進入深層睡眠,接著來到快速動眼期(REM),然後循環回淺眠階段,這樣一個循環大概是 90 分鐘左右。 而一般認為,在快速動眼期循環回到淺眠階段時醒來,人的精神狀況最清醒。相對的如果在深層睡眠時被叫醒,很容易神智不清、昏昏沉沉。 所以需要了解自己的快速動眼期(REM)才能適合的睡眠模式。 可以用手機APP幫助自己了解,以下有2個網址介紹: http://raboninco.com/1mFYQ http://raboninco.com/1mFar

十一點至一點是肝臟排毒休息時間,所以不管如何,這一個時間都要熟睡,這樣子肝才可以排毒解毒。

早睡當然好些,因晚十一時前睡對肝臟最好,但亦要注意睡眠質素,即要熟睡而非淺睡或常醒。

當然是早點睡六至七小時,因爲早睡早起身體好并且健康一點,而不是遲睡遲起。
