無考試嘅壓力時候如何讓自己專心學習？ 單純對於想提升自己方面 如果無壓力可能會很容易過上並習慣安逸嘅生活

我自己既話 1).去自修室溫習,氣氛好好多,容易專心 2).學習時盡量避免接觸電子器材,如:電話,電腦等.. 3).累既時候,唔好逼自己,太累既話你會唔想讀,咁就自然唔會專心,你可以試下搵10-15分中休息下,做一D自己中意做既事 4).充足睡眠同均衡飲食都好緊要,唔夠精神仲餓餓地既話一定唔可以專心學習.... 希望幫到你~
