Clinical history: Ovarian cancer post OP and treatment. Abdominal and pelvis CT with and without contrast medium showed: > Lung bases: (-). > Cardiac: * Coronary artery calcification. > Liver:(-). > Gallbladder & Biliary system: * Small gallbladder with gallbladder stones. > Pancreas:(-). > Spleen:(-). * One perisplenic nodule, 2.0cm (S/I:3/29), favor accessory spleen. > Kidneys, Urinary bladder & Adrenal glands: * High dense spot on left kidney. * Right renal fatty nodule, 0.3cm (S/I:3/38). > GI:* The stomach is not distended. Appendix: not seen. * Outpouchings in the ascending colon. > Intraperitoneum and retroperitoneum: * Small greater omentum nodules, up to 0.7cm (S/I:3/40,46,71). * One fatty nodule, 1.0cm (S/I:3/35) at the greater omentum of RUQ. LNs:Within NL. > Abdominal wall:(-). > Others: * Spur of the spine, and atherosclerosis of abdominal aorta. Impression: * Clinical history: Ovarian cancer post OP and treatment. 1) Tiny peritoneal nodules, interval regression of peritoneal carcinomatosis. - No obvious para-aortic lymph nodes. * Other finding: 2) Right renal nodule, suspected angiomyolipoma. 3) Left renal stone. 4) Ascending colon diverticula. 5) Suspected ***** ***** necrosis at RUQ. 我看不懂,請幫忙翻譯,謝謝大家?
